1. All Sales Are Final

SolarWhiz is an instantly delivered digital service. The moment your payment is validated, our AI immediately begins extracting data from your uploaded quotes and generating your personalized comparison report. Because the service is fully consumed the instant it is delivered, we do not offer refunds — including for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or errors in the information you uploaded or typed.

2. One-Time Payment, One-Time Service

All transactions are handled on a strict one-time payment basis per comparison request. There are no recurring charges and no automatic renewals.

3. Verified System Errors — We Will Make It Right

While we do not refund for change of mind or user-input mistakes, we take full responsibility for our platform. If a technical glitch or verified system failure on our side prevents your comparison report from generating after a successful payment, we will:

  • Re-run your comparison at no extra charge, or
  • Manually credit your account so you can run an equivalent comparison.

Our goal is simple: you should always receive the precise service you paid for.

4. How to Report a Problem

If your report failed to generate after payment, please contact our support team through the official support channel on the website. When reporting an issue, please include:

  • The email address on your SolarWhiz account.
  • The approximate date and time of your payment.
  • The GCash reference number used for the transaction.
  • A short description of what went wrong.

We aim to review and resolve verified system failures as quickly as possible.

5. Chargebacks

Please reach out to our support team first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider — the vast majority of issues can be resolved directly and quickly.
