1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SolarWhiz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

SolarWhiz is an expert-backed comparison tool that reads solar quotations you upload and produces a comparison report. The ranking algorithm was developed with input from practicing electrical engineers who work on solar installations. Analysis is delivered after your GCash payment is verified by our admin team.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Upload only quotations you have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Do not use SolarWhiz for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent activities.
• Do not submit fake or altered proof-of-payment screenshots.

5. Fees & Payment

Pricing is displayed on the pricing section of our home page and shown again before you pay. Payment is made via GCash and requires admin verification before your report is generated. All fees are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once your report has been generated. Please read our Refund Policy for the limited situations where a refund may be granted.

7. Analysis Disclaimer

SolarWhiz's comparison verdict is informational only. It is not professional engineering, legal, or financial advice. Solar installation is a significant investment — always validate recommendations with the suppliers and, when needed, a licensed professional. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our reports.

8. Intellectual Property

The SolarWhiz name, logo, website, and software belong to us. Your uploaded quotations remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, submit fraudulent payments, or abuse the service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarWhiz's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific comparison giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the Philippines.
