1. Description of Service

SolarWhiz is an AI-assisted engineering review tool that helps you analyze and compare Philippine solar installer quotations. Our system extracts key metrics — including brand tier, system sizing, warranty, inverter and battery specifications, and pricing — and applies licensed electrical engineering expertise to produce comparative recommendations tailored to value, premium quality, lowest price, or your stated budget.

2. Informational Purpose Only

SolarWhiz delivers data-driven insights and automated analysis for informational purposes only. Our analysis is generated with AI and guided by licensed electrical engineering expertise, so it is not produced by AI alone. Our reports do not constitute formal, legally binding engineering certifications, official permits, or professional endorsements. You are strongly encouraged to conduct your own final due diligence — and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional — before finalizing any hardware purchase or installation contract.

3. Fees and One-Time Payments

• No Subscriptions. SolarWhiz operates strictly on a one-time, pay-per-comparison basis. You will never be billed a recurring or subscription fee.
• Pricing. The standard rate is ₱150 for comparing 2 quotes, plus ₱50 per additional quote within the same comparison (maximum of 10 quotes per request).
• When You Are Charged. Prices are clearly displayed at checkout and are charged upon initiating the AI analysis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our AI outputs.
• Use the Service to defraud, defame, or harm any installer or third party.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, AI models, prompts, and branding on this platform are the intellectual property of SolarWhiz. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download your generated comparison reports for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

SolarWhiz is not responsible for the performance, warranties, workmanship, installations, after-sales support, or contractual obligations of the third-party solar installers whose quotes you analyze on our platform. Any transaction you enter into with an installer is strictly between you and that installer.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
