Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Report Generation

All payments to SolarWhiz are non-refundable once your quotation analysis has been generated and delivered. Because our service uses processing and compute resources that are consumed the moment your report is produced, we cannot reverse those costs after the fact.

2. When You May Request a Refund

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited situations:

  • You paid via GCash but your payment was never approved by our admin team and no analysis was run.
  • You were double-charged for the same comparison due to a verified technical error on our end.
  • Our system failed to produce any analysis after payment approval and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days.

3. How to Request

Email us via the contact page within 7 days of your payment. Include your GCash reference number, the email you used, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original GCash number within 5–10 business days.

4. Not a Guarantee of Outcome

SolarWhiz provides analysis to help you compare solar quotations. We do not guarantee any specific savings, installation quality, or business outcome. Dissatisfaction with the recommendation is not grounds for a refund once the report has been generated.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may result in the loss of access to your SolarWhiz account.
